Founder and Lead Educator

Jennifer Tharp has been in the lash industry since 2011, bringing over a decade of expertise and a true passion for education. As a TDLR-licensed esthetician, lash business owner, and mentor, Jennifer has helped hundreds of students become confident, successful lash artists. Her goal is to empower others to achieve financial freedom and career confidence through quality education, integrity, and mentorship.
